Vegan Verde Dip

3-4 cups of steamed kale (you can use spinach instead)
1 cup of cashews
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
3Tbsp of Olive Oil
crushed pepper

Soak cashews for 6 hours or overnight and rinse them well. Remove stems from kale and steam kale leaves on low heat for 2-3 minutes, add 1Tbsp of olive oil and let them cool.

Mix all the ingredients in Vitamix. Add salt and crushed pepper flakes to taste.

Sprinkle a few crushed pepper flakes and dill on top for decoration.
