Hearty Fruit and Oat Smoothie

1 cup quartered strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup

Toss into blender.
Cook’s Note

Nutty Idea
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.

Mango Smoothie

1 Mango
1/2 cup of greek thick yogurt
1 1/2 cup of water

Mix all ingredients together in Vatimix. Make sure that the yogurt you use is thick.
Add ice cubes if needed.


Mango Tango Smoothie – Makes 2 cups – Good for Breakfast

.5 cup of gluten-free oats
1 mango
1 pear
1 cup of Kale
1 Tsp of Rainbow smoothie mix (chocolate flavor) or Cinnamon
1.5 of Hemp Milk (made in Vitamix)
