Avocado Dip

Love avocado? Here a simple recipe for a snack or light lunch. Small portion would include one medium/large size avocado.

1 avocado mashed

2 radishes shredded

1 radish sliced thin and small

1 tbsp diced onion

Juice of half a lemon

Mix everything together except for the sliced radishes. Add salt and pepper for your taste. If you want to make it a little bit spicy, add crashed pepper

Put thinly sliced radishes on top for decoration and crashed pistachios.
