Everything in Life is a Vibration!

How can we raise our level of positive vibration? When we are in a positive vibration, we express job, happiness, abundance, creativity and better clarity of thought. The reason we want to raise these vibrations is to become high enough to connect to the power of intention.

Dr. Wayne Dryer put it best in his book The Power of Intention: “What you may fail to see inside is a result of how you choose to process everything and everyone in your world. You project onto the world what you see inside, and you fail to project into the world what you fail to see inside. If you knew you were an expression of the universal spirit of intention, that is what you would see. You would raise your energy level beyond any possibility of encumbrances to your connection to the power of intention. It is only discord acting within your own feelings that will ever deprive you of every good thing that life holds for you! If you understand this simple observation, you will curb interferences to intention.”

Five Simple Ways to raise your vibration to connect to the Universal power of Intention

1. Watch Your Thoughts – Thoughts become Words and the Words become Actions

Coming from Russia that has a fatalist approach to life, I had always been focused on negative. It took me years and a great deal of focus to be aware of my negative thoughts and how they impacted my life. Creating various positive affirmations to replace my negative thoughts has become my magical tool and a “game” that I played with my mind. Now, my husband jokingly says that my Russian blood has been transfused into “A Positive.”

2. Play Your Favorite Music – This is sometimes an instant way for me to raise my vibration. I have a list of songs that are fun, expressive, and bring me back to my great mood. Some of you know that I am crazy about Pitbull. One day, I will have a chance to meet him in person and receive his autograph. They always have fun and energizing music.

3. Make Meditations Your Regular Practice – I used to have a difficult time sitting still for a few minutes. The way I trained my body and mind for accepting meditation experience was – 5 minutes a day were split into 1 minute of meditation practice that I did 5 times a day every day for 21 days in the beginning. My mind finally accepted my intention of sitting still and actually liked it. I was ready to increase my meditative time. When I meditate, I feel connected with the higher power and intention. It feels great to reach a state of just “being” and connected.

4. Do What Your Love – Do What Makes You Happy – When I step onto my yoga mat and just start flowing depending on how I feel that day, I feel connected with the “universal spirit on intention”. It always feels like I am in a “zone”. Hopefully, you have a hobby that brings to the state of happiness.

5. Laugh – watch a funny movie or show. Meet with your friends who make you laugh. Sharing a big smile is like an energy shower. When I laugh, I feel a great vibration in my entire body. I feel the positive energy pouring over me.

As you raise your vibration, begin to notice how you react to the world and how the world responds to you while you are sustaining your positive vibration. I have been focusing on raising my positive vibration since April of this year. I feel that I have become an “expression of the universal spirit of intention.” I am having a blast.
